Definitely Emeralda Marsh Conservation Area! Love the birds.

The 2045 Eclipse is going right over Florida and one of the St Johns properties will be a perfect viewing place.

We have a Rachio on our home and as a board member, I pushed for smart irrigation for our community as well. We have 3 Hunter Centralus systems. Saves water and money. Highly recommend. Control irrigation from our phones for both!

The District takes water quality monitoring seriously. Our network, established in the early 1980s and continuously improved, now comprises nearly 400 surface water sampling stations, 23 spring stations, and over 450 groundwater stations across our 18-county service area. Additionally, we maintain over 20 continuous water quality stations, providing real-time data to support our projects. 💧🔬

If so; why are you spreading poison in the water supply? The same stuff lawyers are suing roundup for

The only way to have somewhat clean water is to Stop the development of all the recharge land but nobody has balls enough to do that!
