Conserve Florida
Water conservation information clearinghouse
The St. Johns River Water Management District is a participant in the development of a comprehensive statewide water conservation program for public water supply. This effort includes the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the five water management districts, the Florida Rural Water Association, and organizations representing public water supply utilities. As part of this effort, the development of a clearinghouse for water conservation information is planned. The St. Johns District proposes to support this effort in the hope that it will provide information valuable to determining the cost and effectiveness of various water conservation approaches.
