Lawn and landscape irrigation rule
Standard general permit for
3-days-per-week irrigation
A consumptive use permit (CUP) application must be submitted to the St. Johns River Water Management District for requests for authorization to irrigate three days per week. The primary two-page form will require the attachment of a signature sheet for the applicant and, if necessary, the agent. If the application is for multiple properties, the supplemental form must be completed and submitted as well.
To expedite the review process, applicants are encouraged to submit applications online through the link below. For online submittal, applicants must have an E-Permitting account with the District and make payment of the application fee upon submittal. All applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
