Teachers and students home
Technical support
Technical support is available for teachers using The Great Water OdysseySM. By filling out the form below, teachers can reach information technology professionals with questions about the use of this software or its system compatibility.
You can also call toll-free at 1-800-725-5922 during the District’s normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our goal is to respond to your questions within the same business day. Calls received after 4 p.m. or on weekends will be followed up the next business day.
Minimum system requirements
Windows
- 500 MHz or faster Pentium processor or equivalent
- Windows 98/ME/2000/XP (95/NT not supported)
- 64MB of RAM (128 MB recommended)
- 100MB of available hard disc space
Note: Windows 98 and ME installations may require a restart after installation.
Macintosh
- 500 MHz PowerPC G3 processor or faster
- Mac OS 9.1/OS X v10.2.8 or later
- 128MB of RAM (256 MB recommended)
- 100MB of available hard disc space
