Program overview
Emergency Management
The emergency management program of the St. Johns River Water Management District was established in 1992, after Hurricane Andrew, to coordinate response, recovery, and mitigation efforts and to establish a recovery system to return the District to normal operation after a major natural or man-made disaster.
