Public records from the St. Johns River Water
Florida leads the nation in providing public access to government meetings and records through the state’s Public Records and Sunshine laws. We welcome your questions about the work of the St. Johns River Water Management District.
The public has a right to know how the district is representing its interests by requesting public information. There are two main ways to contact the district to request a public record.
- Submit a public records request through our online form.
- Contact the district at:
St. Johns River Water Management District
4049 Reid Street
Palatka, FL 32177
When contacting the district for a public record, please help us to respond to your request in a timely manner by providing your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number so that we may contact you if we have any questions. Staff will also need to know which records you are requesting.
- 15 cents per page (single-sided copies)
- 20 cents per page (double-sided copies)
All confidential information will be redacted from copies of public records, and any request that requires extensive use of information technology resources or clerical or supervisory assistance may be assessed an additional charge (special service fee), but you will be contacted prior to being charged this fee.
Please see the full Public Records Distribution Policy for details.
Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
