Location
Seminole Spring is located on private property about 4 miles west of Osteen. From the intersection of Enterprise-Osteen Road and State Road 415 in Osteen, drive west on the Enterprise-Osteen Road for 4.3 miles, turn south (left) on Stone Island Road and proceed on a paved road 0.7 mile to the gate for the Stone Island residential development. Continue for 0.4 mile to the spring.

Description
Seminole Spring was abandoned by the owners in March 2000. The swimming pool was removed and only the small, 7-foot-diameter concrete pool that enclosed the vent and a well remains. Only a trickle of water flowed from the well spigot.
Discharge and water quality
Before the spring was filled in, discharge from Seminole Spring was measured by the U.S. Geological Survey in 1972, at 0.05 cubic feet per second. No water quality data are available for Seminole Spring.
