- The River Agenda
A group of northeast Florida residents, government agencies, environmental groups and legislators made a commitment in the 1990s to restore and enhance the St. Johns River. The goals and strategies developed through a series of public meetings were recorded in The River Agenda. Accomplishments toward meeting those goals were outlined in yearly Report Cards.
