North Florida Regional Water Supply Partnership to meet Feb. 22 in Lake City

PALATKA, Fla., Feb. 15, 2016 — The stakeholder advisory committee of the North Florida Regional Water Supply Partnership will meet Feb. 22 at Florida Gateway College, 149 S.E. College Place, Lake City.

The meeting will be held at 1 p.m. in the Wilson S. Rivers Library and Media Center, Building 200, Room 102.

The agenda includes:

  • An update on the development of the North Florida-Southeast Georgia groundwater model;
  • A briefing on methods for developing sufficient project options related to minimum flows and levels; and
  • A briefing by Save Our Lakes Organization on a proposed Water Supply/Water Resource Development Project.The meeting is open to the public, and there will be an opportunity for public comment.
