Turnbull Hammock Conservation Area Public Meeting

The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a public meeting for the Turnbull Hammock Conservation Area, located in Edgewater, FL. The hearing is scheduled for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, and will be held at the Edgewater Public Library, 103 W Indian River Blvd, Edgewater, FL 32132. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding the development of the 10-year Land Management Plan update for the Conservation Area.
Comments may be presented orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted via mail or email to P.O. Box 1429, Palatka, FL 32178-1429 to the attention of Chris Kinslow or ckinslow@sjrwmd.com, respectively. Comments should be mailed to arrive at the office prior to the date of the public hearing.
