Lake Norris Conservation AreaNOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER
Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to transfer 3,677.86 acres of District real property commonly referred to as the Lake Norris Conservation Area, located in Lake County, Florida (Property Appraiser Parcel #s: 1511160, 1511178, 1400091, 1596238, 1412854, 1707749, 1710669. 1710693, 2721952, 1707773, 1707722, 1707765, 1707838, 1223385, 1223377, 1223440, 3884127, 1098271, 1223407, 1223415, 1223423, 1083842, 2721952, 1312493, 2721952, 1596246, 1744989, 1596262, 2758155, and 18.09 acres of 30-18-28-0002-0000-3100.) (the Property) to Lake County, Florida. The Property shall be conveyed by quitclaim deed with a reverter clause and be subject to a conservation easement granted in favor of the District.

St. Sebastian PreserveNOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER LESS THAN FEE INTEREST
Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to transfer a less-than-fee interest in 8.10 acres of District real property commonly referred to as the St. Sebastian River Buffer Preserve State Forest to Indian River County for the design, construction, and maintenance of a paved multi-use trail along the historic Trans-Florida Railroad Trail as part of the Florida Department of Transportation’s Rails to Trails program. (A portion of Indian River County Parcel #31-38-06-00000-5000-00001.0). The less-than-fee interest shall be conveyed by Easement.

Pursuant to Sections 373.056 and 373.089, F.S., the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to surplus 0.444 acres of District real property commonly referred to as the Sunnyhill Restoration Area, located in Marion County, Florida (A portion of Marion County Parcel No.: 50773-003-00) for the construction of a turning lane along County Road 42 at SE 182nd Avenue, Marion County, Florida (the Property) to Marion County. The Property shall be conveyed by quitclaim deed.
