T.M. Goodwin Waterfowl Management Area
6,270 acres, which includes the Broadmoor Marsh Unit.
The property is located on the east side of the St. Johns River and north of Fellsmere Grade in southern Brevard County.
The St. Johns River Water Management District developed this property in cooperation with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the North American Wetlands Conservation Council and Ducks Unlimited to provide wetland habitat for migrating, wintering and resident waterfowl and other wetland wildlife. Another important role of the property is to provide recreational opportunities to the public.
A large variety of waterfowl and wading birds can be can be viewed from the levees.
- Activities include boating and paddling, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, fishing and hunting.

To ensure public safety and environmental protection, the following are not allowed:
- Removal of plants and animals, or archeological or historical/cultural resources
- Trapping devices
- Off-road vehicles
The entrance to this property is located on the north side of the Fellsmere Grade near the grade’s end. Fellsmere Grade is located west of Interstate 95 and can be reached via Babcock Road from either State Road 514 (Malabar Road) to the north or County Road 512 (Fellsmere Road) to the south.
