The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a public meeting for the Turnbull Hammock Conservation Area, located in Edgewater, FL.

The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, and will be held at the Edgewater Public Library, 103 W Indian River Blvd, Edgewater, FL 32132. The purpose of this meeting is to receive public comment regarding the development of the 10-year Land Management Plan update for the Conservation Area.

Comments may be provided in person or in writing during the public meeting. Written comments may also be submitted in advance by mail to P.O. Box 1429, Palatka, FL 32178-1429, Attn: Chris Kinslow, or by email to ckinslow@sjrwmd.com.

To ensure consideration prior to the meeting, mailed comments should be received by the District before the date of the public meeting.
